2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between alignly and customers who purchase products via our website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. Deviating conditions are only binding if explicitly confirmed in writing by alignly.

3. Offers and contract formation

All offers on the website are without obligation and subject to availability. A binding agreement is formed when alignly confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or impose special conditions.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices. The price valid at the time of your order applies to your purchase.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely via Mollie B.V. We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (pay later / pay in installments)
  • Bancontact
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. In the event of non-payment, alignly reserves the right to cancel the order and/or take collection measures.

6. Delivery

We ship to all EU member states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

Free shipping on all orders over €50. Orders below €50 are subject to a shipping fee displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (statutory right). In addition, alignly offers a 30-day return window as a commercial guarantee.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing before the deadline expires. You can use the model withdrawal form below (section 7a) or contact us at returns@alignly.com.

Once we have received your return and verified the condition of the product, we will refund all payments (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used and where a hygiene seal has been broken
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Digital products after download

8. Warranty

alignly products come with the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law. This means that products must conform to the contract for at least 2 years from delivery. If a product is defective or does not conform, please contact us at support@alignly.com within this period. In addition, alignly offers a commercial warranty where applicable — details are shown per product.

9. Complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, please contact us at support@alignly.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to a recognised mediation body or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (see section 11).

10. Liability limitation

alignly's liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order. alignly is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damage. These limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law applies.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and all agreements with alignly are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in CITY — INVULLEN, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Dispute resolution and ODR

As an EU consumer, you have the right to submit disputes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform accessible at:
