Our 30-day return policy
We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. This is our commercial return guarantee, in addition to your EU statutory rights (see below).
EU statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 30-day policy goes beyond this statutory minimum.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at returns@alignly.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In the same condition as received — unused and without damage caused by the customer
- With all original accessories and documentation where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a restocking fee for items returned in a significantly degraded condition not attributable to a product defect.
Return shipping costs
Defective or incorrect items: alignly covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Change of mind returns (within 30 days): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
EU statutory withdrawal (within 14 days): Under the statutory right of withdrawal, alignly refunds the original order value plus standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return and complete our inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used in a way that raises hygiene concerns (e.g. worn directly against skin without the recommended care protocol) where the hygiene seal has been broken and the item cannot be resold
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
Statutory withdrawal form
You are not required to use this form. Any clear written statement will suffice. To exercise your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, you may use the following form:
