Free shipping
All orders over €75 ship free across the EU. Orders below €75 are subject to a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all European Union member states, with priority service to:
- Netherlands (NL)
- Belgium (BE)
- Germany (DE)
- France (FR)
- Spain (ES)
- Italy (IT)
- Austria (AT), Portugal (PT), Luxembourg (LU) and all other EU countries
We do not currently ship outside the EU. If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact us at support@alignly.com.
Processing time
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 CET are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. holidays). Delivery times are counted from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the time of ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@alignly.com.
Missed delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notification and attempt redelivery, or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point. Please check the carrier's tracking page for your local options.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@alignly.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem promptly.
For lost packages, please allow up to 10 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as packages are occasionally delayed in transit.
